What we collect when you order a Bespoke Video Explainer or visit this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
This site is run by FCX Technologies Ltd, trading as Money Alive, registered in England and Wales, company number 09534126, registered office Department, The Boulevard, Leeds, LS10 1PZ. For anything about your data, email support@moneyalive.co.uk.
When you order
We collect your name, company, phone number and email address, that you agreed to our terms (and which version, and when), and where your visit came from: the campaign in the link you followed and the website that sent you, if any. We do not record your IP address with your order.
We use these details to take and deliver your order, contact you about it and invoice you. The law lets us do this because it is needed for the contract you are entering into. We use the campaign details to understand which of our marketing works, which is in our legitimate interests.
How we keep it safe, and for how long
- Your name, company, phone number and email address are encrypted before they are stored. Only the order system holds the key.
- Only our order team can see orders, after signing in with their Money Alive Google account.
- Orders are erased automatically 2 years after they are placed. If you become a customer, the details become part of your customer records, kept under your customer contract.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts this site, stores orders (in Western Europe), sends our order emails and runs the form's spam check (Turnstile).
- PostHog (EU hosting) counts visits and clicks for us, anonymously. It never receives anything you type into the form, and we have set it to discard IP addresses.
When you visit
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visits are counted anonymously in your browser's memory only, so each visit counts as new. Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser for spam once you start using the order form.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, to erase them, or to stop using them for a purpose. Email support@moneyalive.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Our full company privacy policy covers everything else we do.
